MP from the Party of Regions Vladyslav Lukyanov states that the opposition raises new conditions every time during the talks, he told journalists on the sidelines of the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
"As of today, you can see that the opposition's demands are changing, and the opposition deputies are looking for causes not to work," he said.
Lukyanov explained that the opposition is not satisfied with a mechanism to ensure the personal vote. "It offers other procedures that are not clear," he concluded.
