Ukrainian lawmakers requested speaker of the Parliament Volodymyr Rybak to submit all the laws to the session hall to make the general decision, and not to negotiate with the leaders of the factions behind the closed doors.

"Deputies are constantly asking me why I consult heads of factions, who can not solve problems and can not negotiate. They asked me to submit all the laws in the session hall and let MPs decide," Rybak said, commenting on the opposition's proposal to continue talks in his office, ForUm correspondent reports.

In turn, leader of the Party of Regions faction, Oleksandr Yefremov, said that negotiations should not interfere with the work of Parliament and shall not be conducted during the plenary sessions.

In addition, he called on the opposition to negotiate and do not change their decision at the last moment.
