The Verkhovna Rada will hold an extraordinary plenary session next week only if a joint bill on treatment of prisoners abroad is developed, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"If this bill is developed today or tomorrow, I do not know when the working group will issue it as a document, we have no problems - three heads of the factions will affix their signatures, and we can start working any day next week," he said.
In addition, Yefremov does not consider that it is appropriate to set a date for the extraordinary session today.
