Significant warm spell in Ukraine is expected from March 20, director of the Ukrainian Hydrometereological Center Mykola Kulbida told a briefing.
According to him, fairly cool weather with a few minor variations in temperature and precipitation will be kept this week.
The next night will be coldest in the northern part of the central and western regions. At night the temperature can be -12 degrees. In the rest of the territory the night temperature will be -4 ... -9 C, the day temperature will be 0 ... -5 Degrees. The warmest weather will be in the south and the west, where the temperature may reach +8 ... 10 degrees.
On March 6-8, increase in temperature is expected up to 0 ... -5 C at night and +3 ... 8 during the day. First, warm spell will come to the western regions, and later, on March 7-8, to the rest of the country. In the south, the temperature will rise to +8 ... 13 degrees.
On March 9-10, wave of cooling with minor fluctuations in temperature is expected. On March 11-12, a slight rise in temperature is expected again.
