In 2013, the main task of the Economic Development and Trade Ministry of Ukraine is to ensure the economic growth at the level of 3-3.5%, which was incorporated in the state budget for 2013, together with other ministries and agencies, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov declared.
"The task is not easy, especially within a recession in Europe, but at the same time, it is real," the head of the government said, introducing Ihor Prasolov as new minister in Kyiv on Monday.
"We have no time to lose," the Prime Minister added.
