Volodymyr Lytvyn has adjourned the solemn session of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation until 12.00, for the newly elected MPs to sign the oath.
As ForUm correspondent reports, the parliament staff employees distribute the text of the oath to the MPs in the hallway on the third floor.
