200 observers from CIS countries will come to Ukraine to follow the parliamentary elections, ForUm learned from the pres office of the Central election Comission.

According to CEC, the observers' main task is to learn the implementation of new election legislation into practice and to estimate its effectiveness. For this purpose, a mission HQ will be opened in Kyiv on October 1, though the long-term observers will start working before this date. The mission will focus first of all on regions.

"The mission is planned to include representatives of the CIS diplomatic corps, high state MPs and members of election commissions of CIS countries. The majority of the observers will not only observe, but also to gain experience from Ukrainian way of election organization for further implementation in their countries," the press office reports.
