faction Oleksandr Yefremov told the conciliatory council.
“When the government says there is no money to increase minimal wages and pensions it either lies or tries to cheat,” the deputy underlined, ForUm’s correspondent reported.
According to him, the minister of economy and acting finance minister of Ukraine must report to the parliament about the fulfillment of the budget for the current year.
In his turn, speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn suggested to consider all draft bills regarding the social standards in order to unblock the parliament.
He also suggested voting “manually”. “Every deputy should stand up or raise a hand and to say how he or she votes for this or that draft bill. Then there will no getting away,” Lytvyn said.
