As the Prime Minister noted, those people who had fully destroyed houses, received as advance payment UAH 5 thousand, those people who need capital repairs receive UAH 2,5 thousand, and people whose houses are damaged considerably, receives UAH 1 thousand.
Yulia Tymoshenko also informed that "Ukrposhta" (Ukrainian post) is involved in payments delivery.
"As soon as we receive from local organs lists of people, who suffered, the "Ukrposhta" will deliver these money immediately, as it delivers pensions," Tymoshenko said.
