The House of Representatives of the US Congress at the sitting on Tuesday approved a resolution on support of Georgia’s and Ukraine’s joining NATO Membership action plan.
“The House of Representatives considers that the USA must show leadership in support of Ukraine’s and Georgia’s joining NATO Membership Action plan as soon as possible,” the text of the resolution says.
It is also noted in the document that according to the House of Representatives, “the more strong and profound relations between the government of Georgia, the government of Ukraine and NATO will bring mutual benefits for these countries and NATO states-members”.
