Ex VRU speaker Olexander Moroz has opened ceremonial session of the Verkhovna Rada of VI convocation, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
He congratulated People’s deputies on beginning of the work.
Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych, members of government, CEC leaders, CCU judges, Prosecutor General Olexander Medvedko, heads of Account Chamber and also representatives of diplomatic body are present at the session.
The oldest People’s deputy Ivan Herasimov read aloud oath text. Then People’s deputies went to the lobby to sign text of oath.
It should be aalso noticed that ex Presidents of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk and Leonid Kuchma are present in the parliament.
