The Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on affairs of retirees, veterans and invalids recommends the parliament to pass the basic regulations of a bill draft in its first reading. The bill draft is concerned additions to the act "About the status of war veterans and guarantees of their social defence" (concerning expansion of the list of persons, who are among participants of operations).
The bill draft provides for giving the status of participant of operations to persons, who voluntarily joined Soviet Army and Navy during conscription of 1941-1945, being under age.
