Head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak asked deputies to name candidates to create a temporary special commission to amend the Constitution of Ukraine, he said during the Conciliation Board in Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
In particular, he recalled that Parliament registered a draft resolution on establishment of a temporary special parliamentary commission regarding return to parliamentary-presidential form of government.
"I ask to submit nominees to the regulatory committee," he said and stressed that tomorrow, February 4, the MPs should primarily take schedule for IV session of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation and agenda.
"While we do not decide this issue, we have no right to consider others," the head of Parliament stressed.
