In Chernigiv region a surreptitious mini-plant on oil refinery has been eliminated, the press service of the Internal Ministry of Ukraine reports.
According to the press service, a resident of the town Pryluky organized the mini-plant and sold adulterated fuel and lubricants. More than one thousand liters of petroleum products and industrial equipment were seized from the offender.
The prosecutor general's office has opened a criminal case under the article 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal manufacture, possession, sale or transportation on sales purpose of excisable goods).
