Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko is convinced that Ukraine needs a new Constitution that will foresee strict differentiation of authorities of all branches of power. She said that yesterday on ICTV channel, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“The country needs two things: logic Constitution and unification around anti-crisis program,” Tymoshenko said. According to her, after changes to the Constitution made in 2004, the country has many confrontations and disagreements.
Tymoshenko noted that new Constitution can be adopted only by means of unity of political forces in the parliament. She also said that draft Constitution, elaborated by the BYuT faction, has constructive changes for the interests of the people and country.
Yulia Tymoshenko also said that “presidential election is in our power and I know I will win”.
