The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko will declare state of emergency in Ukraine after the Easter. “This variant is being considered indeed,” the SPU party Ivan Boky told today the journalists. “We got this information from reliable source,” he added.
Boky does not exclude that after the President declares state of emergency, he will control executive power but the parliament cant allow it.
“The more Yushchenko speaks in kind and tender voice, the more such actions he can commit,” Boky said.
“But he does not take into account that to declare state of emergency it is necessary to have VR resolution. But we won't let this,” he added.
