The Speaker of the VR of Ukraine Olexander Moroz stands for changes introductions in electoral legislation in accordance with every deputy, elected by party lists, will be referred to concrete district.
He told today during the meeting with chairmen of district councils that are raising their level of skills in the National state management academy attached to the President of Ukraine, UNIAN informs.
According to Moroz, such changes will contribute to responsibility growth of the candidates to the people’s deputies who will agitate both for them and for their party.
Moreover Moroz stands for rapid completion of the second stage of the political reform concerning reforming of local authorities. He noted that financial, organizational, material and stuff authorities should be given to local councils. According to the speaker of the VR, it requires to introduce changes not only to the Constitution of Ukraine but also to adopt number of legislative acts.
Moroz noted that political reform on local level will allow changing psychology of people to make their choice conscientiously.
The Speaker also stands for adoption of number of laws to provide ground for civilized land market.
The matter also concerned farm land moratorium. He initiates adoption of laws for development of civil land market during the current year.
