Lesya Gongadze, mother of the murdered journalist
Georgy Gongadze, refused to participate in further judicial proceedings on
murder of her son, Deutsche Welle reported.
According to Gongadze, the process has never interested her, and “now it nears to its end and allegedly executors of the murder will be imprisoned,” which the mother has some doubt in.
“We get out of the process. Lesya Gongadze does not want to take part in further proceedings,” Gongadze’s lawyer Andriy Fedur told Deutsche Welle.
The next judicial proceedings on murder of journalist Georgy Gongadze are scheduled for September 14.
