Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov instructed to allocate funds from the reserve fund for the restoration and reconstruction of the apartment block in Luhansk, the Cabinet’s press office informs.
According to experts, the building, damaged by explosion, can be restored.
Azarov instructed to quickly start all the necessary works, in particular to prepare the reconstruction project.
"All the inhabitants of the exploded house got the necessary help. They are provided with temporary housing. The victims receive medical and psychological assistance. Property, left in the building, is guarded by the law-enforcement agencies," the press office informs.
Rescue operations are completed, now a demolition of damaged structures of the building goes on.
