Utility tariffs will not raise in Ukraine, regional development, construction, housing and communal services minister of Ukraine Anatoly Blyzniuk said before the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"There are no talks about raising tariffs (utility tariffs - Ed.)," Blyzniuk said.
However, he said, the issue of funding repair old communications and change the networks remains unclear.
