The government took a decision to sign the agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of the Federative Republic of Brazil on military-technical cooperation, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade reported.
On August 29, 2012, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted the corresponding resolution developed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
This legal act was prepared in accordance with the law of Ukraine "On international treaties of Ukraine" to entry into force of the agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of the Federative Republic of Brazil on the military-technical cooperation signed on October 25, 2011 in Brazil.
The adoption of tthis document will promote the approval of the agreement and the establishment of the appropriate regulatory framework for the military-technical cooperation between the parties as well as the cooperation in the field of defense.
