The European Commission has no 19 claims allegedly put forward to Ukraine to sign the Association Agreement.
"There is nothing like this, there are no official 19 criteria, but there is an ongoing dialogue between the EU and Ukraine on the need for full implementation in the three areas, previously identified by the Member States (the December conclusions of the Council)," the European Commission spokesman informed.
