Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov hopes that awarding of President’s grants will stimulate increase in young talented scientists.
"We have granted annual President’s awards and grants for gifted youth for the tenth time already. The number of winners increases, quality and size of works improves, their importance to the economy and industry rises," PM Azarov said at the annual awarding of young scientists with President’ grants, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to Azarov, granting of these awards is social aid for young scientists.
"Recognition of the state makes way for young Ukrainian scientists, whose number will increase in future, I hope," the Prime Minister said.
