This year, Kyiv is better prepared for the heating season than last year, chairman of the KCSA Oleksandr Popov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, as of today, works at 200 houses have been almost finished. "In my opinion, the heating season will be stable. The main thing is to turn on the heat quickly, as this is a complex process in Kyiv from the technological point of view," he said.
In addition, the KCSA head promised that this year, the pay for utility services will be not increased in Kyiv, as the government allocated 3 billion UAH to compensate the difference in tariffs.
