The FTA agreement within the CIS will come into force on September 23, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.
"Ukraine has made a step in the ratification of the free trade area agreement within the CIS. The agreement will enter into force starting from September 23," Azarov said at the meeting with the head of the Eurasian Economic Commission Board Viktor Khristenko in Kyiv on Monday.
At the same time, the Prime Minister said the introduction of Russia’s vehicle recycling tax, which affects the Ukrainian goods, clouds this event.
