The Central Election Commission approved the form and wording of a voting paper of the national multi-member constituency for parliamentary elections to be held on October 28, 2012.
All the CEC members voted unanimously for a draft resolution, ForUm correspondent reports.
In particular, the CEC determined that the wording of the voting papers shall be printed in the state language only, on a light yellow sheet sized 200x600 mm and only on one side.
In addition, the ballots shall be printed using graphic protective elements and special visible and invisible security inks, which change their physical properties under the action of ultraviolet and infrared radiation.
Also, a voting paper shall include a number of a polling station printed with a protective paint, which will appear on the back of the paper.
