Ukraine is going to hold consultations with UEFA and FIFA on defining the possibility of holding international football matches in view of the H1N1 flu epidemic, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko told a briefing, UKRINFORM reported.

She also added that such consultations will be held in order to find out what actions can be taken amid this situation.

As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers has today banned all mass events in view of the H1N1 influenza for three weeks.

As is known, in the next three weeks Ukraine is scheduled to play Greece in the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa play-off, while FC Dynamo Kyiv is to meet FC Internazionale Milano in the UEFA Champions League Group F home match.
