The working group on elections preparation, formed by agreement of the President Viktor Yushchenko and the PM Viktor Yanukovych, started its sitting at 9 o’clock on Monday in the Cabinet of Ukraine. It keeps working out agreements package. One of the members of the working group Josyv Vinsky noted that the group is working under normal conditions.
