Ukraine’s Yushchenko returned the Cabinet law to the Rada
President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko returned with his proposition the law on Cabinet of Ministers to the Verkhovna Rada for repeated consideration in accordance with article 94, part 2 of the Constitution of Ukraine.

Arseny Yatsenyuk, deputy Secretariat Chief of Staff and President’s representative in the Cabinet will represent President’s proposition to the law during a plenary session of the parliament.
