The president of Ukraine signed the decree on consummation of the resolution of National Security and Defense Council about formation of CFMZ of May 20.
According to the decree, the main target of Ukraine's participation in formation and functioning of CFMZ is creation of free trade zone without any constraints and exceptions, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
