On January 23, Ukraine's Higher Administrative Court rejected a plaintiff's request to open a lawsuit on declaring unlawful the vote in the Verkhovna Rada on January 16, the court's press service reported.
The court ruled "to reject the plaintiff's request to open proceedings in the administrative case on his lawsuit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on declaring action and inaction as unlawful."
Furthermore, the court decided to leave the appeal against the Verkhovna Rada without further consideration.
