Infrastructure minister Volodymyr Kozak apologies to compatriots for bad roads, he told a briefing in the Cabinet, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I apologize for the quality of roads, and we will do our best to correct it. My apologies are unlikely to satisfy citizens, but we want to take steps that will bring this satisfaction," he said.
