MPs from the opposition demand head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak to withdraw the appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine regarding deprivation of MP from the "Fatherland" faction Serhiy Vlasenko of parliamentary mandate, ForUm correspondent reports.
In particular, the opposition demands to suspend the meeting of the Conciliation Board and gather at the office of the Parliament’s head to discuss the situation with Vlasenko with the heads of factions and representatives of the procedural committee.
Head of the "Fatherland" faction Arseniy Yatsenyuk declared that on February 27, the decision of procedural committee was falsified, and in the evening of the same day, Rybak signed the appeal and violated, according to the MP, the Rules, as the head of Verkhovna Rada has the right, but not the obligation to sign such a claim and he has 10 days to study all the facts.
Yatsenyuk stressed that only five persons out of 19 were present at the meeting of the procedural committee on February 27.
The head of the faction proposed to submit the issue on depriving Vlasenko of parliamentary mandate at the session hall of the Parliament for all MPs to vote.
