Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has optimized the system of the central executive bodies.
The corresponding decree № 726/2012 on some measures to optimize the system of central bodies of executive power has been published today, on December 24, at the President’s website.
In accordance with the paragraph 15 of the section 1 of the Article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine Yanukovych has decided to form:
the Revenues and Duties Ministry of Ukraine, having reorganized the State Customs Service and the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The President entrusted the new Ministry with administering the single fee for mandatory state social insurance;
the Industrial Policy Ministry of Ukraine, having reorganized the National Agency for State Corporate Rights Management;
the Emergency Service of Ukraine, having reorganized the Emergency Ministry of Ukraine and the State Inspection for technogenic security.
