
The state budget for 2013 will be anti-crisis again, that is the most economical, but real, acting Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said during the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Tomorrow the Parliament will consider the draft budget during the second reading. Its approval will influence the state’s life and economic growth," he said and thanked the MPs, who passed the draft budget yesterday.
"I thank all the MPs, who adopted the draft budget in first reading, but, unfortunately, this budget will be an anti-crisis, as the global crisis has come again. The budget will be the most cost-effective and confirmed by the real resources of economy. This budget has answers how to ensure the stability of economy, the stability of people's income and social protection," Azarov explained.
According to him, the concept of the budget for 2013 is to use all opportunities of the internal market and to increase a consumption of domestic goods and services.
He noted that the budget includes such systemic incentives for the development of the Ukrainian economy and social sector in 2013 as a reduction of income tax, which will facilitate the unshadowing of economy.
In addition, the draft budget provides that the state will return the income tax of individuals to citizens, who pay for their education or mortgage.
