The International Monetary Fund recognized the new Customs Code one of the best moves of Ukraine in terms of economic reforms, head of the Committee on Finance, Banking, Tax and Customs Policy of Ukraine Vitaly Khomutynnik told during a conference organized by the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to the MP, Ukraine has succeeded in effectively balancing and agreeing of the Tax Code and the Customs Code provisions.
"We did it, despite some obvious obstacles and difficulties. As a result, the World Customs Organization noted that the national CC meets all the European standards," the MP added.
