Starting from today, Kyiv underground stations names are again announced in Ukrainian and English, as it was during Euro-2012.
"Given the fact that a large number of foreign observers will come to the elections in the capital, it was decided to resume foreign dubbing in Kyiv underground," head of the Kyiv underground press service Natalia Shumak informed.
In addition, she mentioned that dubbing won’t be removed after the elections.
"Now it will be on a permanent basis. But still, we continue exploring the view of passengers and focus on it," the spokeswoman said.
In fact, 7-10 days will take for the subway to begin to speak in English again. Bilingual dubbing has been started introducing on all underground lines simultaneously.
