410 MPs have voted in favour.
The parliament will consider the draft bills by Oleh Belorus (BYuT faction) and Ivan Popesku (Party of Regions faction).
As a reminder, on January the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted the resolution "Functioning of democratic institutions in Ukraine."
