Head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak opened the morning session of Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
375 deputies registered in the session hall.
Immediately after the opening Rybak adjourned for 30 minutes and called the leaders of the factions to meet in his office.
It is worth noting that the MPs from the Communist Party faction did not come to today's plenary session.
