This year, Ukraine has built 513 multifunctional sports grounds, youth and sports minister Ravil Safiullin said during the opening of exhibition "Sport and sport industry of Ukraine," ForUm correspondent reports.
"This year, 513 multifunctional sports grounds have been built. Last year, the figure was 526," the minister said.
However, he reminded that according to the order of the President, not less than 500 sports grounds should be built each year. "As you can see, we fulfill this plan," Safiullin stressed.
In addition, the minister called on Ukrainian TV channels to broadcast less vodka but more sports programs.
