CAS rejected repeated appeal of Kharkiv FC "Metalist" against UEFA decision on a one-year disqualification from European cups, vice president of "Metalist" Kostyantyn Pyvovarov posted.
"We are refused in suspending the decision on disqualification. We are not playing with FC "Schalke". We look forward to August 28," he wrote.
