In autumn 2013, the Cabinet of Ministers will put 39 regional gas companies on sale, head of the State Property Fund Oleksandr Ryabchenko stated after the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Today, the government decided to put 39 regional gas companies on sale this autumn," the official stressed and added that 37 companies will put on sale 25% of shares and two - a majority stake.
"At the next Cabinet meeting, we will decide on the terms of sale and create the appropriate committee, gathering all proposals," he noted.
Presumably, all companies will be put up on sale by the end of autumn 2013, Ryabchenko summed up.
