
Leaders of parliamentary factions have not reached agreement on unblocking of work of the Parliament, leader of the Party of Regions factions Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, five questions were discussed during the meeting, but none of the proposals was supported by the opposition.
"The speaker asked us to consider five questions. First - memorandum, the second - the schedule for the next week, the third - the text of the Parliament’s statement on European integration, the fourth - permanent Parliament’s delegations in foreign institutions, and the fifth - work of MPs to the committees," the MP said.
Yefremov affirmed that opposition expressed no proposals on these issues. "The opposition has the one proposal -"push the button", which in my view does not ensure personal voting," Yefemov said.
In turn, leader of the Batkivshchyna faction Arseniy Yatseniuk, leader of the UDAR faction Vitali Klitschko and deputy speaker of the Parliament, MP from Svoboda faction Ruslan Koshulynsky declared once again that the opposition's demands have not changed, and till they are not met, the Parliament will be blocked.
