Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite noted that the simultaneous signing of agreements with the European Union and the Customs Union is impossible, as these agreements contradict each other, she told a press conference in Vilnius on Wednesday.
"Ukraine cannot simultaneously be a member of the Customs Union and a member of a free trade area with the EU," she said.
"Ukraine must choose either one or the other. The association agreement with the EU will mean that the agreement with the Customs Union cannot be signed," she stressed.
