Kyiv constituency № 223 is the worst regarding the work of the PEC, deputy chairman of the CEC, curator of Kyiv and Zhytomyr region Andriy Mahera said, ForUm correspondent reports.
He reminded that the CEC has already advanced a claim against work of this commission. In particular, lots on the formation of the PEC were drawn improperly by this commission and the matter was considered by the CEC. Today this district commission can not provide election results, although it includes only 101 polling stations.
Mahera said that there has been an indirect political influence. He also considers inappropriate to conduct a recount on vast majority of polling stations.
"All attempts to conduct a recount of the vote show the commission is not set to complete receipt of the PECs protocols," he said.
Mahera also noted that the situation at the constituency # 211 is somewhat similar to the situation at the constituency # 223. He did not rule out that if it is impossible to solve the problems at the PEC, the decision can be made on staff reshuffle in it.
The deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission did not confirm the information about the mass disappearance of system administrators.
Regarding election fraud, Mahera said this issue is within the competence of the DECs and the law enforcement officers, and added that, in his personal opinion, "these elections, especially the vote counting is very dirty."
The curator of Kyiv does not rule out that the results from some districts will be taken by court’s rulings and said that the court cannot determine the winner, as it is within the competence of the DECs.
