As of morning of October 15, the Kyivenergo PJSC connected 9.6 thousand houses and the social sphere objects to heating, ForUm learned from the company’s press office.
In particular, it connected 8.002 houses, 499 kindergartens, 444 schools, 417 hospitals, as well as other consumers.
Most houses are connected in Shevchenkivsky district (1380), Solomenskiy district (1151) and Holosiyivsky district (887) of Kyiv.
Thus, as of morning of October 15, 59.7% of all Kyivenergo’s consumers were connected.
The Kyivenergo informed that the heating campaign is being conducted in the city according to the schedule approved by the Kyiv City State Administration. The process of connecting is being done round the clock.
According to the KSCA instructions, the connection of heating systems of the capital shall be done in three steps, starting from October 8. The first phase is connecting of kindergartens, maternity homes and hospitals, the second - of secondary schools according to their request, the third - of residential and office buildings, institutions and organizations (at the request of their leaders) starting from October 10.
