The state budget deficit for 2013 does not include debts of the National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine," finance minister Yuri Kolobov told a briefing after the Cabinet meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The budget deficit for 2013 was approved at the level of 1.65% of GDP by the Cabinet without debts of "Naftogaz." This year 12 billion of deficit are planned to be paid. For the last 8 months, we compensated 6 billion by securities, and we are planning to compensate other 6 billion, but they do not take this resource and manage themselves," Kolobov said.
According to him, the amount of "Naftogaz" debt will become clear later.
