Russia has promised to help Ukraine to implement the language law, Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov said during a round table on the topic: "Ukraine-Russia: open dialogue," ForUm correspondent reported.
"We can not pay attention to those new cultural perspectives that arise due to the adoption of the law on principles of the state language policy in Ukraine. We would like to know your point of view about what kind of assistance should be given at the regional level to fulfill the potential of this law," Zurabov said.
He also noted that Russia recognizes the educational status in Ukraine.
According to Zurabov, Russia offers not just the help with retraining of specialists, but also with provision of necessary techniques and materials used in the educational process.
