There are improper conditions for CEC and CCU work today. The VRU speaker Olexander Moroz told today in the parliament, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
He stressed that there is a pressure on the CCU and CEC members.
“The bright example is appointment of Gavrysh. He is a representative of political party, moreover, he is a leader of political union “Center” that does not correspond to the law norms. The political leader cant be appointed CC judges. Maybe somebody has not heard about this union but it does not matter,” Moroz said.
He noted that the President’s Secretariat prepared draft decree on depolitization of CEC.
According to Moroz, such situation may have tragic end for the country. “It is very serious, and I want everybody who forces the situation will be responsible,” he added.
