Speaker of the parliament Oleksandr Moroz has opened morning
session of the Verkhovna Rada. 250 deputies registered in the hall.
Despite that parliamentarians from Our Ukraine and
BYuT factions are absent in the Rada, some representatives of BYuT however are sitting
at their places.
